Welcome to our apartment located in a strategic area near the port of Genoa. This house has been inhabited by our family from the 60s until today and has been the place of great parties and family gatherings.
The property has recently been renovated, keeping the original stucco and terrazzo floors. We have created private bathrooms for each room, which previously had only one. The rooms have been carefully furnished to ensure a cozy and organized stay.
Our management is family-run, so don't expect formality, but only courtesy and availability. During the day we work, so please arrange the check-in time with us as we are only on the property after 5: 00 pm and receive until 8: 30 / 9: 00 pm.
It is important to know that the building is currently undergoing external works and there are scaffolding that may limit the view from the windows, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We offer you towels, soaps, the possibility to use a part of the fridge and a simple breakfast for free. In addition, Wi-Fi is available for free.
The kitchen and the lounge are shared areas for all the rooms and breakfast will be available in a "self-service" mode. When possible, we will be glad to personally serve you with fresh products such as bread, focaccia, croissants, milk, coffee, tea, and fruit juices. Additionally, each room has a fridge with dedicated space to store your food and drinks.
The surrounding area is full of commercial activities and restaurants, perfect for a pleasant walk to discover the historic ce
nter, which is easily reachable on foot. Don't worry about parking, it's free and always easily available in the vicinity.
Don't miss the opportunity to visit the surrounding places of interest, such as the Prince's Palace, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the narrow streets, and Via Garibaldi with its museums. Additionally, for our guests, we have tickets to the Genoa Aquarium, without time slots for entry or the need for a reservation.
Our property is strategically located for visiting the city center, the Aquarium, and as a starting point for the islands since we are only 200 meters from the ferry departures. You will find a wide selection of commercial activities along the street, various public transport options, the subway station just 50 meters from the entrance, the bus stop right in front, and Genoa Piazza Principe station just 800 meters away. The Genoa West highway exit is only 2 km away and the airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes or by train in 20 minutes. Parking is free, and there are no areas reserved for residents, so you will always find a spot available at any time of the day.
